The hire
Hire covers the dates we confirm with you. We confirm the items and the charge before the trip. Kit is issued in Aviemore.
We hire crampons, single walking axes, helmets, and technical axes. We do not hire boots or avalanche kit. Check the fit before you leave, and tell us there if a crampon or a helmet is not right.
Care and return
You return every item at the end of the hire. Fair wear from normal use is expected. If something is lost or damaged beyond that, we will tell you the charge before we take it.
You are responsible for the kit from the time it is issued until it is handed back. Do not lend it on.
