What we store
Bookings store the lead name, email, phone, course, date, party size, and payment amounts. Participant details you add in My Adventure, including medical notes and emergency contacts, are stored with that booking so the guide can run the day.
The contact form stores your name, email, phone if you give it, and the message. The newsletter stores your email when you choose to join. We do not store card numbers. Card payments are taken by Stripe.
How we use it
We use booking and participant details to deliver the course, email you about that booking, and share the roster with the guide leading it. Enquiry details are used to reply. Newsletter emails are only sent if you opted in.

Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them on the banner. Reject leaves the site working without those cookies. The choice itself is stored in a cookie so we do not ask on every page. The staff sign-in cookie is separate, and is only set when someone signs in to the operations pages.
